The 65th Edinburgh International Film Festival has officially launched. Have you bought your tickets yet?
The 65th EIFF has launched and we are proud to bring you another exciting programme packed with international features, a host of British and Documentary premieres, experimental cinema, and a variety of ways to expand your cinematic knowledge and perspectives. With a huge selection of film features, shorts programmes, events and debates taking place around the city in June, there has never been a better time to rediscover and celebrate film in Edinburgh.
The best way to find out what's on at this year's festival is with the official EIFF 2011 brochure. You'll find all the films and events detailed in the brochure. You can get your hands on one at various venues across the city or you can view and download it direct from the EIFF website. To get your hands on a digital copy now, click here.
Along with our special guest-curated Perspectives strand, stimulating debates from MUBI with Project: New Cinephilia, and a host of British feature premieres, we've partnered with Screen International to produce a major new film industry conference in partnership with Screen International. The day-long conference supported by BFI is curated by Mike Goodridge - Screen International Editor - and EIFF Director James Mullighan. Join us on Friday 17 June for presentations, discussions and debates from leading names of the British Film Industry.
